Cataract Surgery Patients
Cataract Surgery – What to Expect
You will be given this packet when your doctor has approved you for cataract surgery. It provides information on what to expect during your cataract surgery process from pre-operative to post-operative visits. It also explains the financials involved with this out-patient procedure.
Surgical Clearance Form
All patients receiving cataract surgery are required to have a surgical clearance form filled out by their Primary Care Doctor and received by us at least ONE WEEK prior to surgery day. You risk delaying surgery if we do not receive this form in time.
